Two good decades

October 2023 was significant for us. Unbelivably, we marked 20 years of marriage. It felt like our coastal ceremony was only a few years ago and like it had been many decades ago. 

We decided to celebrate by returning to the beach. opting to stay in Astoria, instead of Gearhart, where we were wed. We stayed at a charming boutique built on a pier over the Columbia River n the manner of the old canneries. It was lovely, pleasant weather and the town was peaceful. We ate lunch at the Sandtrap (site of our wedding) on Oct. 19, our actual anniversary.
