Spring finally hit when we got a chance to cross the mountains in March for a family wedding. My cousin's son (my second cousin?) was getting married outside Salem so all of us (sans Travis who was not interested) met up. It was a great to spend time with Kristin, Sarah, and Kodi and have them all have a chance to hang with Jess and Josh. We rented a little house on a farm, very cute and quiet and all stayed together. Sarah and Kodi left the next day for a spring break camping trip and Jessie gave us our best weekend getaway story when she smacked her front tooth goofing around and broke it clean in half.
Yep, it's an adult tooth. One that now is bonded within an inch of her life and will need a crown pretty soon.
We won't be forgetting this trip anytime soon.
