It was a real Thanksgiving this year. Both Kristin and Sarah came home and its been nearly two years since Sarah was at the house. Her having a car now is a big plus in that way. For the last three years neither girl has had wheels and while it was a good decision for their budget and college debts, it has made it tough to see them as often as we'd like.
So we had four whole days with them, plus Sarah's friend Amanda, who came to spend the holiday with us. Then Brian's grandmother, mom and two of his aunts came to dinner as well so we had a fun houseful Thursday. The weather was amazing, sunny and in the 60s.
A peaceful and laid-back holiday weekend was had by all.
