June swung upwards again by mid-June. Nine years after starting her pursuit of a university degree and 13 years after graduating high school, Sarah Jeanne walked across the stage to accept a diploma in Interior Architecture from Marylhurst University. She worked so hard to get there, working and saving and persevering with a stubborn determination.
Her godmother Lori hosted a lunch at her home (which her other godmother, Mary, attended too!), along with close family. We enjoyed our visit so much we lingered all day, visiting and eating and visiting some more.
