A half-century of Brian!

 For B's big birthday this year he wanted to do something similar to what we did for his 40th. Lots of friends and family, open house with food and games. We knew that we couldn't handle that number of people at our house so I rented a historical house rented out for events.

It turned out to be everything he wanted and more. The location was great, as fun as the beach house for his 40th. Right on the Willamette River, in a park, lots of period details. People came from everywhere: Methow, Wenatchee, Yakima, Tacoma, Eugene, Astoria, Medford and of course, Portland.

 We had brought a ton of games but played very little. Everyone just enjoyed visiting and hanging out. And the little kids loved the playground!
